I had a great experience at Johnsons Redditch Volkswagen because it was friendly and professional throughout.
Purchased from this dealership due to availability on stock that they had. Vehicle was of the spec I was looking for. Dealership staff were great & first time buying from here. Just to note - all dealerships are working with different price ranges/brackets. Obly so much I can comment with at the moment.
The vehicle had numerous faults which should really have been picked up by the dealer, especially being an approved used. However, I cannot fault Meg and the team of how they dealt with all my concerns. Any issue I raised was addressed, no questions asked. So overall I'm very happy, though perhaps a lot of the issues might have been avoided with a more thorough inspection of the vehicle. I would recommend them for their faultless customer service.
Johnsons Redditch Volkswagen staff were good because they looked after every aspect of the journey.
